Steps 1 and 2: enquiry and quote

You start with a quote request. A photo or sketch with measurements is enough; a construction drawing is not required. If you have nothing on paper, they will come and take a look. Help with measuring is in measuring up for a roof lantern.

Within 24 hours the quote is in your inbox. It shows the glazing options, the delivery time and the price. HR++ double glazing and triple glazing are set side by side so you can compare them. The quote is valid for 30 days.

Steps 3 and 4: choices and approval

Take your time with the quote. Think about the type of glass, see triple glazing or HR++ double glazing, and about the frame colour. Any RAL colour is possible, bicolour too. Tips are in choosing a frame colour for your roof lantern.

Once you approve, you pay a 30% deposit with the order. The roof lantern then goes into production in the company's own factory in Barneveld. Delivery is from 2 weeks, up to 8 weeks for complex made-to-measure work or specific glazing. For an urgent build schedule, a rush option is sometimes available.

Order a roof lantern, steps 5 and 6: delivery and payment

You choose how the roof lantern reaches you. You can collect it in Barneveld by appointment, with no shipping costs, or have it delivered on an agreed date. The remaining 70% is paid on completion, with a payment term of 14 days.

The roof lantern is fitted by your own builder or contractor, using the installation manual that comes with it. Installation by a regular installation partner is available on request, as a separate line in the quote.
