Which roof lantern is available from stock?

The stock centres on the most popular type: the lean-to roof lantern. It comes in three fixed sizes. A 1 metre lean-to for a small extension or a hallway, a 2 metre lean-to for an average extension and a 3 metre lean-to for a wide extension or kitchen.

When a roof lantern from stock is a good fit

A stock size is handy if the opening still has to be made. You then match the hole to the roof lantern rather than the other way round. With a new extension, where the roof is still on the drawing board, the builder can also size the trimming to a fixed dimension straight away.

Stock also helps when the build schedule is tight. The roof lantern is ready at the factory in Barneveld. You can collect it in Barneveld by appointment or have it delivered on an agreed date.

When made to measure is the better choice

If you have an existing opening, for example from an old rooflight dome, a fixed size rarely fits exactly. Made to measure matches what is already there. The same applies if your wishes differ from what is in stock: another roof type, a different size, a particular glass or a special RAL colour.
